  • Hourly Rate: $150 per hour for flexible, on-demand support.

  • Project-Based or Retainer Packages: Custom flat rates available for larger projects or ongoing HR support.

In addition to supporting organizations with their HR needs, I work with other HR consultants to help manage their workload and serve their clients more efficiently.
